AUTO AUCTION RULES:

All bidders are required to register and must be 18 years of age to do so.

In order to register, all bidders must show a valid driver’s license.

There are 2 ways the units are sold:

1.)  Units sold on a RED LIGHT are “As-Is” - They have NO Warranty or Guarantee of any kind and cannot be rejected for any reason.

                          **PLEASE INSPECT THESE VEHICLES**

2.)  Units sold on a GREEN LIGHT (10 years or newer and 160000 miles or less) have a “Sale Guarantee” – which means the motor and drive train components are guaranteed until 5:30 P.M. the day of the auction or 50 miles.

Online buyers or vehicles transported by Ox and Son, must notify the Auction within one business day of delivery and the vehicle must not have been driven more than 50 miles of any condition that will be arbitrated.

Vehicle must be returned to auction prior to arbitration.  No vehicle will be arbitrated after 5:30 PM the day of the AUCTION unless purchased online.  No vehicle will be arbitrated if it has been driven more than 50 miles after purchase ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION unless purchased online.  All vehicles must be entered into arbitration by 5:30 PM the day of the AUCTION.  (The auction must be notified by 5:30 PM the day of the AUCTION and before driven over 50 miles. Actual arbitration time may exceed the 5:30 PM deadline.)

All units must be paid for the day of the sale. (Approved types of payment are cash or approved check dealers may use flooring lines).

No units may be removed from the auction yard until the auction is over and you present your gate pass (Proof of Payment) to the yard attendant at the gate.

Units paid in full that are not taken immediately after the auction can be picked up on Monday following the auction between 10:00 A.M. and 5:30 P.M.  Units not removed by 5:30 P.M. Monday will be charged $25.00 per day storage fee after 7 days.

Buyers are completely responsible for their purchases.  The final bid becomes an oral contract that becomes legally binding when the auctioneer says “Sold”.  “All Sales are final” You cannot cancel this contract simply because you changed your mind or the vehicle costs too much.

Once the unit has sold and in the event of a dispute where Auto Auction of Great Falls has made reasonable efforts to suit both the buyer and seller, if the seller still wants to cancel the sale, a sale unwind fee of $150 will be charged to the seller.

Auto Auction of Great Falls reserves the right to reject or void bids at any time for any reason.  Should a dispute arise regarding a bid, Auto Auction of Great Falls is the single deciding authority with sole and absolute discretion in resolving disputes.  Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Auction of Great Falls from any and all liability arising from decisions made resolving disputes.

All units purchased or sold on the auction grounds must be done through the auction system and all fees paid accordingly.

“On Call” or "IF" bids are the responsibility of the buyer to verify sale.  Once the buyer has been notified that the offer is accepted by the seller, the sale becomes legally binding. If you, the bidder, have more than one vehicle on call, and your offer is accepted, you may, at that time, retract your bid/s on previous units.

There will be a $100.00 Charge for the any returned check to this auction.

Buyers Fees are in addition to the final bid.  These fees will also be charged to seller as a Sellers Fee.

 See in office for fees.
